HENRY CHAZANKIN
Henry holds the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member from the National Association of Realtors. He received his B.A. from the University of Minnesota, and his Master's degree from Sonoma State University. Henry is a licensed real estate broker in the State of California, and is a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, Northern California Commercial Association of Realtors, Northern California CCIM chapter, Investment Marketing Forum (IMF) and Bay Area Real Estate Information Services (Multiple Listing Service). He has been an active commercial real estate broker in the Bay Area for more than twenty years, and owns several commercial properties himself.
ERIC CHAZANKIN
Eric received his B.A. from the University of California - San Diego, and his law degree (J.D.) from the University of Colorado School of Law. He is a licensed real estate broker in the State of California, and a member of the State Bar of California, Colorado Bar Association and District of Columbia Bar Association, as well as Bay Area Real Estate Information Services (Multiple Listing Service); he is also active with the Commercial Investment Marketing North Bay (CIMNB) group in Marin County and the Sonoma County commercial property marketing group. Eric practiced civil and criminal law in Boulder, Colorado for several years before returning to California to work in commercial real estate.
